Who we are.

 

Established in the fiery year of 2020, VELA Wear was born during a New Zealand alert level 4 lockdown. 

Due to long lead times and high margins, we began supplying teamwear to our children's sport teams. Our fast service and value for money apparel led to curating orders for our network of friends and family. We then expanded into corporate and uniform wear. 

With diverse backgrounds ranging from advertising, apparel and sport involvement as well as over five years experience in the apparel retail market; we brought together our shared experience and industry knowledge to create VELA Wear.

We decided to cut the delivery time and extra costs to create a brand that offers affordable, high quality customised apparel.
